Hello, Dear Friends and Community,
We are reaching out to ask for your help on behalf of the Cabrera family, a wonderful and faithful family who recently dedicated their lives to the Lord. This past Sunday, tragedy struck when Joel Cabrera, the loving husband, and father of seven, was involved in a severe accident while taking his children ATV riding.
On their way home, Joel was tragically hit by a car backing out of a driveway, whose view was blocked by a parked truck and a large tree. Without time to react, Joel was thrown from his ATV, suffering a life-threatening head injury. He was quickly flown to Lakeland Regional Hospital, where he is currently in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit, under the care of an incredible medical team.
Thanks to the swift actions of the surgeons, the immediate danger has been averted. However, Joel remains in critical condition, and the medical staff are closely monitoring him to determine if there is enough brain activity to sustain life. This is an incredibly difficult and uncertain time for the Cabrera family.
Joel Cabrera is the sole provider for his family of nine, which includes his elderly father, his wife Jessica, and their seven young children. With Joel unable to work and the future uncertain, the family is facing overwhelming financial burdens. They urgently need assistance with transportation to the hospital, monthly living expenses, and the mounting medical bills.
We humbly ask for your support in this time of need. By coming together, we can help ease the burden on this family and show them the love and care that they have always shown to others. Any amount you can give will make a significant difference.
Please consider donating to support the Cabrera family during this incredibly challenging time. Your generosity will help them focus on what matters most: being there for Joel and each other.
Thank you for your prayers, your support, and your kindness.
